New Facility Strengthens Service, Resiliency. The District’s newest facility – Construction Center II (CC2) – officially opened June 11. Located near Highway 133 and State Street, the facility is a major investment in reliability, resiliency and long-term performance of the life-essential natural gas and water services we provide to our customer-owners every day. Outage Management System is Live. We are excited to announce our new outage and emergency notification system is live! Residential customers are now receiving outage and emergency notifications. These alerts may include water main breaks, gas-related emergencies or widespread outages in your neighborhood. Learn more.
