New Water Quality Report Available. Each year, we are required to issue a Water Quality Report, which provides accurate, comprehensive information about our water supply. Requests for a hard copy of the report may be made by emailing customer_service@mudnebr.com or calling 402.554.6666. English and Spanish versions are available.

Outage Management System is Live. We are excited to announce our new outage and emergency notification system is live! Residential customers were automatically enrolled using the contact information we have on file, and may now receive alerts for water main breaks, gas-related emergencies or widespread outages in your neighborhood.
