M.U.D. Invites Proposals for Walnut Hill Redevelopment

The Metropolitan Utilities District (M.U.D.) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified developers interested in redeveloping a portion of the Walnut Hill site. 

The approximately eight-acre property at 40th and Hamilton Streets offers a significant redevelopment opportunity in Omaha’s Midtown area. The site provides access to major transportation corridors, established neighborhoods and nearby employment centers. 

M.U.D. is seeking experienced developers with a clear vision for the property. The District’s goals include high-quality development that complements the surrounding area and enhances the neighborhood.
