April 2026 News & Updates

Outage Management System Coming Soon! We are excited to announce the District’s new outage and emergency notification system is coming soon. This system will ensure residential customers receive timely, relevant information when you need it most. Customers will be automatically enrolled using the contact information we have on file, so there is nothing you need to do!

Once the notification system goes live, you may receive alerts for:

  • Water main breaks
  • Gas leaks and gas-related emergencies
  • Widespread outages in your neighborhood

Watch our website and social media pages for more information about this initiative.

Call Before You Dig — It’s the Law. As spring outdoor projects pick up, don’t forget the first step to digging. Nebraska law requires anyone who digs to submit a locate request by calling 811 or visiting nebraska811.com before putting your shovel to the ground. Click here to learn more about safe digging.

Customers Asked to Use Odd/Even Watering Pattern.
