ALERT:

As of December 1, 2012, the District implemented a new authorization form required for all property managers.

The form, “Authorization to Allow Management Company to Establish and/or Terminate Gas and Water Services on Behalf of Property Owner,” will help ensure our commitment to customer privacy and maintain the integrity of account information.

Initially, we will require signatures from your newly-contracted owners; however, by April 1, 2013, a comprehensive list of all existing owner signatures will be required. We suggest collecting those signatures as soon as possible.
