Dowd elected Board chair for 2008

Tom Dowd

The Metropolitan Utilities Board of Directors chose Tom Dowd chairman of the board for 2008. He was first elected to the board in 1975, and has 29 years of service to customer-owners. Dowd is senior partner of the Dowd, Howard & Corrigan law firm.

John McColllister

John S. McCollister was elected vice-chairman. He won election to the board in 1978 and has served 29 years. He is president of McCollister & Co.
