Daniel G. Crouchley |
12.01.01 Crouchley named general counsel Daniel G. Crouchley has been promoted to General Counsel, succeeding Tom Wurtz, who recently was named general manager. Crouchley joined the District in 1983, and previously served as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining M.U.D., he held positions with the Douglas County Attorney's Office and was in private practice. Crouchley earned an undergraduate degree in psychology in 1973, and a juris doctorate cum laude in 1976. Both degrees are from Creighton University. Crouchley served on the Corporate Counsel Executive Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association from 1995-1998. He held leadership positions with the Boys Scouts of America (District Chair, 1993-1997) and G.O.C.A. (Greater Omaha Community Action Board of Directors from 1979-1982). He also is a member of the Omaha Bar Association and Holy Cross Catholic Church, and a past volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Crouchley, his wife, Maureen, have two daughters, Mary Esther and Anne Maureen. |
